Orders are shipped from Western Sydney via Australia Post.

All Orders are packed each Tuesday and picked up by Aust. Post each Wednesday.
(Orders that include GAMES will be posted after Games Night)

Open Baskets are available - select Open Basket in the shipping section of checkout and your basket will be left here until you have combined orders of over $200AUD. Once your orders come to $200, your orders will be automatically sent out to you.

Standard (7-10 Business Days) - $15

Express (3-5 Business Days) - $20

Free Standard Postage - for all orders over $200

  

Shipping to New Zealand

 

Standard (10-15 Business Days) - $25

Express (8-13 Days) - $40

Free Standard Postage - for all orders over $250

 

Shipping for International Customers

 

Standard (15-20 Business Days) - $35

Express (10-15 Business Days) - $50

Please note: The purchaser is responsible for any extra customs/import fees and/or taxes that may be incured from international shipping.

 

Open Baskets

We offer the option to keep an Open Basket for our lovely live sale customers! This allows you to pay your invoices from live sales and keep your goodies on hold until your total reaches our Free Shipping threshold of $200. Once your combined orders hit $200, we'll send them out to you with free postage!

Please note:

Your Open Basket can be added to with each paid invoice.

Orders held in an Open Basket for over 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

If needed, items held over 30 days may be exchanged for store credit, at our discretion.

Open Baskets will be held for a maximum of 3 months, and then you will be asked to either pay for postage or add extra items to reach the free shipping threshold.
