What kinds of crystals can you expect?

Each month will be different but you can expect a crystal valued at at least $60 AUD and will range from:

• Towers
• Spheres
• Clusters
• Flames
• Free Forms
• and other carvings.

HOW WILL I BE CHARGED?
Payment can be made with a Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Monthly Subscription - You first payment will come out straight away and then you will be charged on the 24th of each month after that.

WHERE DO YOU POST TO?
We post within Australia as well as New Zealand, USA and Canada.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?
Australia - Postage is included in the price, you will not be charged extra for postage.
New Zealand - Postage is a subsidised rate of $8.20
USA & Canada - Postage is a subsidised rate of $14.00

WHEN WILL MY BOX BE SENT TO ME?
The Cut Off Date each month is the 24th!
Purchase on or before the 24th of each month and your first box will be sent out on the 7th of the following month.
Eg. Subscribe between the 25th May and the 24th of June and your first box will be sent to you on the 7th July. 

IS THERE A COMMITMENT OR CAN I CANCEL ANYTIME?
There is NO commitment. If you need to cancel your subscription, you can access the Customer Portal to change your subscription.
